Refund policy

Return and refund policy We accept returns on unused, unpainted WAIR pieces within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any included dust bag or accessories. Custom, painted, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. To start a return, contact orders@wairstudio.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@wairstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
